Adeola Azeez Community Care Foundation commemorate international youth day with upskill and upgrade launch.

Mrs. Adeola Azeez joins over 70 youths in Odogbolu Local govt to celebrate international youth day. In her commitment to improve the lives of the youths, she launched an initiative through her Adeola Azeez Community Care Foundation titled ‘Upskill and Upgrade’. The application form was open since 14th of August, 2022 and it was only accessed via google form. This empowerment was done in partnership with Heckerbella Limited who collated the responses submitted and sorted them out according to their most preferred choices.
The purpose of this initiative is to train over 300 youths in Ijebu Central Federal Constituency which consist of Odogbolu Local Government, Ijebu-Ode local government, and Ijebu North East local government simultaneously in various skills such as vocational skills, tech, and agriculture among others. As her concern about the high rate of fraud in her constituency which is due to unemployment heightens, her primary focus is to curb internet fraud in the constituency. To achieve this, she has engaged stakeholders to facilitate training in the various sectors. The application closed on the 14th of September,2022 but before it did, a good number of youths had already applied to note the departments with the most people learning to be vocational skills and tech.
